I can also be booked to give inspirational talks on how birdwatching can help with mental health and wellbeing. Although suitable for a range of audiences, I openly discuss personal and sometimes difficult experiences.

I focus on my own personal issues, I talk about how our environment can help us with our mental health. The experience of being outdoors can be reinvigorating and uplifting. Engaging with nature, such as bird watching,  can also provide us with a positive focus when managing our mental health.
